Cheltenham Paving Contractor Guide is an independent directory of paving contractor businesses in Cheltenham, published by Meridian Guides. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you submit a form. A submission includes your name, email address, phone number, message, and any answers about the service or timing you selected. It also includes the page URL you were on and how you arrived at the site (the referrer and any UTM parameters), which we use to understand where enquiries come from.

Where form submissions go

Form submissions are processed by our lead-capture processor and delivered to the business you enquired about and to the operator of this site. If you asked a specific paving contractor business for a quote, that business receives your details so it can respond.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies of our own. The one thing the site stores client-side is session-scoped attribution data (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in sessionStorage, so that a form sent later in your visit records where you came from. It is first-party only and clears when the session ends.

Usage measurement

Where analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may set cookies to help us understand which pages visitors use. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that data.

Other services involved

Loading a page here can involve requests to a small set of third parties, each of which sees standard request data such as your IP address: Google Fonts (typefaces), OpenStreetMap (map tiles), and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (form spam protection). Their own privacy policies apply to those requests.

The business listings on this site are compiled from publicly available sources, including Google Business Profile reviews. We store derived analysis (scores, summaries, sentiment), not raw review text. If your business is listed and you want a correction or removal, the listing policy explains how.

Retention and your requests

We hold your submission for as long as it takes to route and follow up your enquiry. If you want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, send your request to hello@meridianguides.my.
